Duplicate listings: Publishing several listings with variations
in price, title, description to pretend that they correspond to different properties
is considered abuse. In such cases all listings will be deleted
- Listing with vague descriptions or referring to several properties:
A listing must correspond to a specific rental property. Listings advertising other
rental services or several properties at once are not allowed
- Listing with availability calendar out of date:
Property owners must keep the availability calendar up to date, otherwise we may
consider the listing abandoned and it might get deleted
