We're trying to order the listings so that it is fair to the property owners and
valuable to the renters. To that end, the property list order is determined by:

Updates in the property listing: When property owners update the availability
calendar or any information about the listing, such as description, price, etc the
modified listing moves up to the top of the list.
Note: subsequent updates within a 36 hour periods have no effect in ranking
although they take effect immediately in the listing description page.
